We are an open organisation and we are just as eager to provide a service that is
deserving of praise as the next guy. That is the reason why we will update this page
with those amongst us that are guilty of the following:
 | People abusing our logo or name. This will typically be someone who is not
affiliated with us but posing as one of our agents. |
| People dishonouring our logo or name. This will typically be someone who is
affiliated with us, but who consistently delivers products or services of inferior quality
or has no regard for business ethics. |
| People who take the opinion that "the customer is always right" too far.
If anyone habitually (or deliberately) upsets our operations, we will publish his
details here for all to see. |
No matter what the case may be, we would like to know the following:

| Your address. |
| Your contact details. |
| The culprit's name as supplied to you. |
| The culprit's contact details as supplied to you. |
Please refrain from using abusive or inflamatory comments and / or remarks when
reporting irregularities.
